Some of the residents become very violent due to various reasons of their mental status, hence needs to be isolated in single rooms. These rooms have to be specially built with soft protective walls to prevent any injuries to the residents.

A children’s ward is also needed especially for children with special needs example Down syndrome. These modifications and extensions to the main building structures is costly and funds need to be raised to meet these capital expenses.

Time to time these building structures has to be also updated and maintained, because a lot of damages are inevitable and caused by the violent nature of some residents
